A vintage American smoke from the heart of Tampa, Florida, J.C. Newman cigars is the oldest cigar family in the U.S. having been around since 1895. Brands like Brick House, Cuesta Rey, Quorom, and Diamond Crown cigars can all be traced back to Julius Caser Newman himself. Partnering with the legendary Fuente family to produce premium hand rolled Dominican cigars; the Newman-Fuente company was born. Eventually though, the Fuente family couldn’t uphold their side of the bargain, leaving the Newman family to open their own factory in Nicaragua. From there, Brick House, El Baton, and their star cigar, Perla del Mar are produced to the finest quality preserving the Newman name.
